You may return new, unwashed products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (with the exception of items discounted more than 30%, which cannot be returned).

If you need to return an item, simply go to Returns & Exchanges, submit a return request in our returns portal, and we'll send you a shipping label ($14 within North America, or FREE if you select exchange via store credit). Returns are FREE for first time customers.

We also offer free in-person returns or exchanges (in Winnipeg).

Outside of Canada?

We cannot accept returns, however we will do our best to make things right for you!
