We hope you are over-the-moon with your new Prana Vida and dancing around your house in it right now. But if something doesn't work out don't worry, making a return is as smooth and seamless as our waistbands.
You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to make a return or exchange.
Items that have been discounted more than 30% cannot be exchanged/returned.
All items must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with the barcode sticker tag still attached.
We'll send you a shipping label ($14 within Canada, or FREE if you select exchange or store credit). Returns are FREE for first time customers - please mention "first time" in your exchange request and we will wave the fee.
We also offer free in-person returns or exchanges (in Winnipeg) - please email us to arrage this.
In the case that the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or refund you.
You can choose an exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds must be made to the same payment method used to purchase. If you choose store credit you will receive a gift card in the amount paid for the returned item.
Shipping is non-refundable.

Submit a return request via the return portal and we will send you a trackable return label.
*Your order number is the reference number after PVS# on your packing slip.*
A $14 CAD fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges or returns for store credit are FREE.

Yes you can, as long as the item you wish to exchange for is still in stock. You can choose the exchange item(s) in the portal when you submit your request, or contact us directly for a local exchange. Shipping is non-refundable.
