How do I make a return or exchange?

We hope you are over-the-moon with your new Prana Vida and dancing around your house in it right now, but if something doesn't work out don't worry. Making a return or exchange is as seamless, smooth and comfy as our waistbands, and FREE for North American customers! 

INTERNATIONAL?  Please contact us directly, and we will provide you a return shipping address. International customers are responsible for paying return shipping.

Here's the deal:

  • You have 60 days from the time your order ships to make a return
  • All items must be in new condition and unwashed, with the barcode sticker still attached
  • Items that have been discounted more than 30% cannot be exchanged/returned
Ready? Gather your order reference number (found in your order confirmation email and is the ref. number PVS# on the packing slip), and follow the instructions below: 

SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST Simply go to our returns portal and let us know what's up. If there is something wrong with your product, please attach a photo of the flaw/issue. You can choose to receive an exchange, a refund, or a store credit.
SHIP YOUR ORDER BACK

If your request is approved, we'll send you a free return label to fix to your package and drop at your local Canada Post or USPS post office.

In line with our mission to reduce waste, our compostable mailers are re-usable and we appreciate if you can send your clothing back in it's original packaging.

REFUNDS All refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment. The original cost of shipping (if applicable) is not refundable. If you choose store credit, it will be in the form of a coupon code that can be used towards a future purchase.
EXCHANGES While we will do our best to get you the product you want, exchanges are not guaranteed as we tend to sell out quickly. To make sure you get the item(s) you want we recommend ordering now and then returning the items you don't want for a refund.
