We hope you are over-the-moon with your new Prana Vida. But something doesn't work out don't worry, you have 30 days from the time your receive your order to make a return.

• All items must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  
  
• All refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment. The original cost of shipping (if applicable) is not refundable.
  
  
• If you would like an exchange, please note this in your return request and we will do our best to accommodate.
  
• If you've received a product with a manufacturing defect, we will refund you or replace it free of charge.
