We hope you are over-the-moon with your new Prana Vida and dancing around your house in it right now. But if something doesn't work out don't worry, making a return is as smooth and seamless as our waistbands.
You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to make a return or exchange.
All items must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with the barcode sticker still attached
EcoDrop purchases and items that have been discounted more than 30% cannot be exchanged/returned
In the case that the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or refund you.
You can choose a cash refund or an exchange via store credit. Refunds must be made to the same payment method used to purchase. If you choose exchange via store credit you will receive a gift card in the amount paid for the returned item. Shipping is non-refundable.
Within North America:
Submit a return request via the return portal and we will send you a trackable return label.
*Your order number is the reference number after PVS# on your packing slip.*
You can choose a classic return or our EcoDrop return option. A $14 CAD fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges via store credit are FREE.
Outside North America:
We cannot provide a return label, but we do accept returns (you are responsible for return shipping). Please contact us for the return shipping address.
At this time we are able to provide exchanges in the form of store credit. If you choose this option, we will issue a gift card in the amount paid once your return is received and inspected. Shipping is non-refundable.
You can expect a refund notification within 3 business days of your return being received. Refunds must be made to the same payment method used to purchase. Bank processing times may vary.
If you choose our EcoDrop return option, your return will be listed as an EcoDrop product and shipped directly to the next customer, reducing the environmental impact of return shipping trips.
