Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are over-the-moon with your new Prana Vida and dancing around your house in it right now. But if something doesn't work out don't worry, we'll do our very best to make it right!

We currently can only accept returns from Canadian addresses.

You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to make a return.

Items that have been discounted more than 30% cannot be returned.

All items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them.

In the case that the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or refund you.

Refunds must be made to the same payment method used to purchase.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Within Canada:

Log into your account, find your order and click "return item" to submit a return request. We will send you a trackable return label. 

A $20 CAD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. If you are a first time customers or would like an exchange or store credit please mention this in your return request, or email us, and we will wave the return fee.

Want to do an in-person return or exchange (in Winnipeg)?  Please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange this!

Yes you can, as long as the item you wish to exchange for is still in stock. To make an exchange, log into your account and submit a return request. Select the item(s) you want to exchange for in the return request, or email us to let us know what item(s) you would like to exchange for. We will wave the $20 return shipping fee.

If you want to ensure you get the item(s) you want before they sell out, we recommend placing an order now and then returning the unwanted item(s) for a refund.

You can expect a refund notification within 3 business days of your return being received. Refunds must be made to the same payment method used to purchase. Bank processing times may vary.
